Shish Meze (Abridge)

Shish Meze Abridge is brought to the Essex countryside by the Founder Nadir and his family.

In western Anatolia, Turkey, there is a province called Gaziantep. Much like Nadir, the story of Antep, as the locals call it, has a humble beginning which blossomed into something beautiful. It is the place recognised as the pride of Turkish cuisine, thanks to its exciting recipes and authentic style of cooking.

This is what inspired Nadir to open Shish Meze. Shish Meze Abridge has some of Antep's finest artisanal chefs in the kitchen preparing delicious food for your pleasure. The family is there to serve you tastes that have taken thousands of miles and centuries of cooking experience to arrive at your table to give you a delightful experience.

Shish Meze Abridge offers a fine selection of wines, delicious cocktails made by a skilled bar team and a variety of premium spirits in a stylish atmosphere.
