Great Turkish Eats! is the UK’s only dedicated Turkish restaurant and Takeaway Directory specifically designed to help you find excellent Turkish food wherever you are.

Great Turkish Eats is here to help people who want a great Kebab, delicious Humus or some amazing Baklava without searching forever on other sites.

We aim to have all Turkish restaurants and Takeaways in the UK listed so that you can find fantastic eateries near you, right when you want them. We are constantly updating the site when we find new restaurants to add.

With over 53 years of eating Turkish food and 37 years of cooking experience, Metins tastebuds are finely tuned to bring you an unbiased view of what’s good and what’s not. Our reviews are carried out with an expert Turkish Cypriot eye with years of eating experience and many a family feast consumed. We are here to help you make that decision where you decide to spend your hard-earned money, share great food and create new memories with friends and family.

Guest Experts

On various occasions, we will bring you guest “experts” who have been personally chosen by “Metin”, who, like us at Great Turkish Eats, love Turkish Food and Turkish Hospitality to review selected Restaurants and Takeaways.

These reviews will provide you, the diner, another opinion from which to decide where you spend your money and your time.

We don’t suffer fools and will be not swayed by Restaurants and Takeaway owners to give them a good review. We have an unbiased approach to reviewing, which will provide you with an honest opinion. No amount of money and coercion will knock us from our mission to provide the best reviews.

These honest reviews provide our Members with an opportunity to improve their products and services through consistency, thus improving their profitability. The customer, therefore, gets a great experience when going out, and great new memories are created.
