Anatolian Grill

We all know that Turkish food is one of the world's most varied and delicious cuisines. The Anatolian Grill is a fine exponent of it. Chef/ Patron Duran Selvi has brought this Restaurant to Prestwich, Manchester, under the management of Eric Ugur Kayan.

Turkish cuisine is a direct descendant of Anatolian cuisine, which derives itself from many other cuisines from Central Asia, the Middle East, and the Balkans. Within Turkish cuisine, there is a beautiful diversity of regional specialities.

The Aegean region is known for its savoury dishes, with lots of rice and seafood. The Black Sea region specializes in fish and is famous for Hamsi, those delightful Black Sea anchovies.
Finally, in the Southeast of Turkey, we get the most famous of Turkish foods, the kebab, and Turkish desserts, such as baklava and kadayif.

Turkey's location where east meets west, alongside its unique history and culture, has resulted in an authentic cuisine that has been refined by centuries of experience. The Anatolian Grill has captured this essence within their exceptional menu featuring delicious specialities, achieved by using only the freshest and finest ingredients and enhanced with traditional cooking methods.
