Hattusa ( Crowborough )

According to Wikipedia, Hattusa was the capital of the Hittite Empire in the Late Bronze Age. Its ruins lie near modern Boğazkale, Turkey.

Hattusa Restaurant is no ruin. Located on the High Street in Crowborough.

From the outside, it is pretty unassuming, inside it has a very simple look, decorated in green and white with a selection of pink in shelving form with jars of goodies of some description. The menu is as Turkish as Turkish menus normally are, bringing authentic Anatolian dishes to your table. From great cold and hot meze's to chargrilled meats, oven dishes, fish and veggie options, you're spoilt for choice.
